Chocolate ganache is a mixture of high quality chocolate and cream.  If you like the inside of truffles, you will love ganache.  It is made creamier and smoother with the addition of butter and hazelnut paste (optional).

Below is an example of a cake using chocolate ganache, with the addition of handmade sugar flowers.
